Just a heads ups on weight percentage for this week and all weeks to come.... Your starting weight will change to whatever your weigh-in weight was the previous Monday. So you take that weight divded by #of pounds lost *100.

0% weight loss (I'm not the biggest loser - just a LOSER!),150 push ups (very hard but I pushed through 25/day), 35 bonus points(can I just say I'm sick of stuffing fruits, veggies and water down my throat!) 30 exercise points(now these points were FUN!) Glad this week is over!
